Cirrus’ full service healthcare staffing services have been ranked as #18 on BluePipes’ annual list of best travel nursing companies. This list is accumulated based on traveler satisfaction, according to reviews submitted the previous year on various third party review sites.
How the Best Travel Nursing Companies 2018 are Chosen
Several factors go into how companies are chosen on BluePipes’ list. The purpose is to create a scoring system that accurately reflects travelers’ collective experience with each company, and producing a list of the highest scoring companies to provide travel nurses with a resource on proven companies in the industry. This is the second year ratings and reviews were used to collect data about each company; 285 companies were given scores to accumulate a list of the Top 20. Here’s a summary of how scores are calculated:
BluePipes aggregates rating scores from multiple rating websites used by travel nurses including Highway Hypodermics, Travel Nursing Central, Google, Facebook, Indeed and Glassdoor. The ratings are then converted to a 100-point scale, and averaged to determine the Aggregate Score for each company.
This scoring variable is new this year, and draws attention to the difference in a company’s Aggregate Score year over year. This adds weight to the company’s Total Score, and contributes to the credibility of the list’s ranking the best travel nursing companies of that particular year.
Out of 285 companies that were scored this year, Cirrus achieved #18 on the list of Top 20
Among the travel nursing companies represented on the list, Cirrus’ Difference Score was in the top 3, meaning reviews and ratings for the company have sky-rocketed in the previous year, strongly influencing placement on this prestigious list.
