Meet Our Team

Randy Holloran

Randy Holloran is President of Cirrus Medical Staffing, one of the nation’s premier providers of healthcare staffing. Before becoming President, Mr.
Holloran was co-founder of a healthcare internet startup, Nursetogether.com that was acquired by Cirrus. In addition, Mr. Holloran held positions as COO and Board Member for Avant Healthcare, Vice President of O’Grady Peyton (an AMN Healthcare division), and COO and Board Member of Staffing Now. Holloran holds a Bachelor’s degree from Providence College.

Jane Perez

Jane Perez, VP of Operations. Ms. Perez currently heads the entire operations team in the US and Philippines that supports the Sales and Recruitment Divisions of the company. Prior to joining Cirrus Medical Staffing, Ms. Perez was the Accounting and Finance Manager of Cirrus Global, Inc., the Philippines leading recruitment placement agency and affiliate of Cirrus Medical Staffing. Jane is a Philippine certified public accountant and has a financial audit and assurance background from one of the “Big Four” audit companies in the Philippines.

Steve Curtin

Steve is the Director of Marketing for Cirrus Medical Staffing. Steve was a founding member and Vice President of Content & Strategic Partnerships for NurseTogether.com, an online community for nurses that was acquired by Cirrus in 2010. Previously, Steve spent over 15 years in senior management roles for large software and software education companies, building and managing customer training organizations.

Andrea Zveibil

Andrea Zveibil, Vice President, manages Cirrus’ new Florida office. She joined the Cirrus family in 2012 and had been brought in to hire, train and develop a team of recruiters and account managers that will service clients and providers nationwide from the Florida branch. She has ten years of healthcare staffing industry experience having joined the industry in 2002 as a nurse recruiter with AMN Healthcare. She became part of AMN’s leadership team in 2004 when she led a team of recruiters.

Jill Kenney

Jill Kenney, Senior Recruiter Nursing Division. Jill has been a travel nurse recruiter for 10 years, and has been with Cirrus since May 2007. She was 2011 Healthcare Traveler Magazine Recruiter of the Year.

Craig Matijow

Craig Matijow, Recruitment Manager for Cirrus’s Rehab Therapy division started with Cirrus in September of 2006 and has 7 years of overall medical staffing experience. Prior to joining Cirrus Craig specialized in home health RN recruitment and pharmacy placement.

Joseph Carlino

Joseph Carlino, Director of Account Management. Over the past 12 years, Joseph Carlino has assisted clients in achieving their goals in the supplemental staffing arena. As a native New Yorker his career started in Manhattan creating staffing solutions for clients in the clerical and legal staffing industry. Desiring to enter the medical staffing field, Joseph became an account manager with MDI Medical in Atlanta, Georgia, which was later acquired by Cirrus Medical Staffing. In 2010, Joseph was appointed Manager of as Strategic Accounts. Joseph graduated from NYIT with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies Degree.
