Business Development Manager. Pamela started with Cirrus in 2005 and has 16 years of medical staffing experience. Prior to joining Cirrus Pamela wore a variety of staffing hats to include Branch Manager, Staffing Specialist, Client Management in many healthcare venues to include per diem and home health staffing.

Regional Account Manager- New Business Development. Gillian has been in the staffing industry for 5 years. Gillian specializes in all Specialty Nursing and Rehab Therapy ( Skilled Nursing Facility, Out Patient Clinic and Hospital) business development, with a focus on Southern and Mid-Western Region.

Melissa Nicholson

Melissa Nicholson handles New Business Development for Cirrus Medical Staffing in the Western half of the United States. She has been with the company since February 2007, where she started out as an AM Assistant, and quickly transitioned into an Account Management role. She has over 5 years of experience in the medical staffing field, which includes managing Hospital, Outpatient, Skilled Nursing, and Home Health Accounts. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University in Dayton, OH.

Natalie Myers

Natalie Myers, Strategic Account Manager for Cirrus Therapy and Nursing division. Natalie started with Cirrus in 2007 and has held various roles within the company. In 2010 Natalie became a Strategic Account Manager specializing in Vendor Management Services.

Rachel Hamby

Rachel Hamby, Regional Account Manager, started with the company as a recruitment coordinator and transitioned into Junior Account Manager to her role now as a Regional Account Manager. Rachel specializes in all Specialty Nursing and Rehab Therapy (Skilled Nursing Facility, Out Patient Clinic and Hospital) business development. She has clients in the Northern Region of the country and focuses on filling their staffing needs.

Natashae Runnels

Trainer of Account Management. Prior to joining the company, she has 16 years plus of progressive sales, recruitment and client development experience within the healthcare industry for both Nursing and Allied staffing. Ms. Runnels brings to Cirrus a successful background in Director of Recruitment, Director of Account Management, Branch Manager and Business Development. Including administered formalized training programs to train new sales talent more effectively and rapidly. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Healthcare Management Concentration from Baylor University.

Stephanie Moon Gay

Steph Gay is a Regional Account Manager for Cirrus Medical Staffing. Steph started with Cirrus in 2005 and has been in the staffing industry for over 10 years. Steph specializes in all aspects of Cirrus’ Nursing and Rehab Therapy divisions, with a focus on the Southeast Region.
