We are deliberate and meticulous with our screening processes. We do not entertain potential candidates who cannot meet our screening requirements and/or who have less than one year of solid clinical experience. With the delivery of each candidate for you to consider, you will receive a detailed work chronology, clinical references by clinical managers, and a skill checklist specific to your need. Cirrus skill checklists are quantified through years of experience and NOT a self assessment; thus, providing more validated clinical information related to skill level prior to consenting to an interview. Our Canadian travelers are screened equally and have been approved through Immigration.
WITH EACH TRAVELING PROFESSIONAL HIRED, CIRRUS PROVIDES:
Complete JCAHO required medical infomation, verification of current state licenses/certifications/social security number, criminal background checks, drug test results, clearing of various offender databases, clinical references, employment chronology, skill checklist and other specific documents that each client facility may require. In addition, we provide the TN Visa or Greencards for our Canadian employees.
BEHIND THE SCENES:
In addition to the above, each Cirrus traveler must also complete eight tests (CEU'S) containing topics that are recommended by JCAHO, sign off on various policies related to their behavior and actions on client premises, JCAHO approved abbreviations and national patient safety goals, perform age assessment skill updates, take medication tests (adult and/or pediatric), HIPAA course/test, OSHA course/test, and various other administrative paperwork to protect our clients best interests.
RAPID RESPONSE PROGRAM:
