What do you offer that big staffers don't?

Want to forfeit some of these options for more money? Just say so. Our flexibility for our travelers is OUTSTANDING!!! An 80% retention rate speaks for itself. What makes you stand out from the big guy's?

We're still independent, so we're able to offer a higher level of personal attention. I even tell people to call me directly if they need to. Just not to late, I need my beauty sleep.

Why do you advertise vacation pay AND PTO if it's the same benefit?
|
|
Vacation pay is paid after four consecutive assignments. Paid Time Off is awarded based on overtime worked to date. Vacation and PTO are two different, very REAL benefits, not the same benefit masked for appeal. Anything else is a rip! Besides, I'm not handy with needles and thread!!

Can you give any details about your credit union?
|

Joining is simple and quick. A phone call does it all. Membership includes financial planning, checking, savings, credit counciling, online bill pay, reduced rate car loans, mortgage loans, 24 x 7 computer access and so much more. It's all that and a bag of chips!!!

What is the cost of the CEU's that you offer online?
|
|
Only your time! There's NO COST to Cirrus Travelers and hundreds of unlimited CEU courses to choose from. Just log in, test, and print your own certificates. Careful what you ask for...you just may get it!

Is housing shared?
|
|
NEVER...unless you want to share w/a friend/companion. 1 BR / 1 BA is the standard with all the furnishings that make your temporary place feel like home. Priority 1: Safety; 2: Proximity to facility; 3: cleanliness. Besides, we don't want anyone eating your cheerios unless you say so!

Can I bring a pet on my assignment?

Bring Toto AND Mr. Whiskers too. We're pet friendly. Just be sure to bring your pooper scoop and leash.

What happens if I break my contract?
|
|
We tar and feather you! After that, we discuss why and treat your situation fairly based on your individual circumstances. Penalties can range from an agreement for your next assignment to costs for housing/utilities/travel pay proration. Whatever the case, we'll be fair. Fortunately, this isn't a frequent issue for Cirrus Travelers (and that's why we love them!!).

How does Cirrus support it's travelers?

You can contact us 24 x 7 for emergencies; We have formal complaint and incident reporting procedures and most situations are resolved within 24 hours of your report. We remind you of licensure/certification/medical expirations to keep you current; we are biased toward action and doing what is right. We don't sit on anything. We're expert listeners who get things done. The word is NOW...payroll mistsakes? Corrected NOW, wired NOW. NOW NOW NOW!! That goes for you too...WE WANT YOU TO BE A CIRRUS TRAVELER NOW!

Are domestic partners covered in your insurance?

Absolutely! Cirrus pays for your insurance coverage, but you have the option of adding your spouse, children, family or domestic partner regardless of gender. At a modest cost, you can add whichever dependents you choose. All benefits are effective for all dependents on your start date. Pretty simple, huh?!?!
