William Ottiger is the CEO of Cirrus Medical Staffing. He also serves as Senior VP, Director and Executive Committee Member in a number of companies focusing on investments, construction, international staffing, education and technology. William joined Cirrus with a background in consumer marketing, investment banking, and executive management. He holds a BA from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from London Business School.
Andrea Zveibil is currently the COO and President at Cirrus Medical Staffing; she also serves on the NATHO board. Previous: National Director of Business Development at TIVA HealthCare Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sheridan HealthCare. Previous to that she held Executive leadership positions with multiple brands within AMN HealthCare. For the last fourteen years she has been serving the industry of HealthCare staffing within the Nurse, Allied and Physician Staffing segments.
Jane Perez, VP of Finance. Ms. Perez currently heads the entire operations team in the US and Philippines that supports the Sales and Recruitment Divisions of the company. Prior to joining Cirrus Medical Staffing, Ms. Perez was the Accounting and Finance Manager of Cirrus Global, Inc., the Philippines leading recruitment placement agency and affiliate of Cirrus Medical Staffing.
Melissa Nicholson, Manager of Client Services. Melissa has been with Cirrus for 10+ years, and has held the roles of Account Manager and Team Leader of New Business Development. Her current role includes managing and developing the AM team, and partnering with clients nationwide to bring them top-quality staffing solutions. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University in Dayton, OH.
Jill has been with Cirrus for 9 years, and in the Healthcare industry for 14 years. Travel staffing has been her passion for all 14 of those years. She has held the role of Recruiter, Trainer, and Manager over these years, and is currently leading the Cirrus travel recruitment team. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Communications from Belmont Abbey College.
Joseph Carlino, Director of Staffing Operations. Over the past 15 years, Joseph Carlino has assisted clients in achieving their goals in the supplemental staffing arena. As a native New Yorker his career started in Manhattan creating and implementing staffing solutions. Desiring to enter the medical staffing field, Joseph joined the Cirrus Medical Staffing team in 2005 delivering as an account manager, supervisor and mentor. In 2013, Joseph was appointed to Director of Staffing Operations responsible for credentialing, Cirrus housing accommodations, lead generation and corporate training for all Cirrus employees.
