These programs are in form of Recruitment Process Outsourcing methods, commonly referred to as RPO. The Cirrus RPO program defines and uses a common set of requirements and standards with a client and acts as the client’s internal recruitment function for a portion, or all, of the client’s jobs. In short, it’s a specialized provider secured to provide quality talent, drive hiring process efficiencies and manage costs involved in locating and securing the talent. - RPO Services: Cirrus becomes part of the internal recruitment function for the client
- Nursing Pool Services: Cirrus organizes, builds, and manages your facility’s nursing pool
- Managed Vendor Program (MVP): Cirrus is responsible for your order fulfillment, using it's own resources and subcontracted vendors.
- Vendor Management Services (VMS): Cirrus manages all of your open job orders and order fulfillment through your approved staffing vendors. May or may not, based on your preferences, include a Cirrus office on your premises (Vendor on Premises – VOP)
- Preferred Provider (PP): Cirrus is given “lead time” for order fulfillment before releasing orders to other vendors.
