At Cirrus, we believe there's nothing better than a Happy Nurse!  Debbie W. (left) is a Cardiac RN who loves what she does!  She's pictured here along with another valued Cirrus traveler, Tracy S (r), (both are EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!).  This Cardiac RN is always thinking ahead for her patients.  Her plans always include to be on time, always be professional and always care about your patients. Debbie's been traveling as a Nurse for one year and has been with Cirrus the entire time.  She's traveled between NC and SC,which has been necessary to share career with a busy home life.  She states that her favorite part of being a traveler is the flexibility of the job.  "You get to control your own career while someone else helps you manage it upward.  You get to use different levels of your skill sets, which keeps you well tuned with the basics and advanced practices." Debbie's advice to new travelers:  "Not everything will be like the first hospital you worked at as a staff nurse.  Each hospital does things differently, so get used to it and roll with punches.  It's liberating for your career.  You get to stop focusing on the task and more on the patients."
